- One meeting with objector/ planning authority or attendance at one committee meeting (with client in attendance).
- Discussing/negotiating with the local planning authority by telephone.
This representation relates to consideration of the planning application by the local authority.
If additional meetings/attendance at more than one committee meeting is required this will be charged on a time spent basis (see platinum objection) .
